Improving Relationships by Setting Healthy Boundaries

There are often misconceptions about boundaries in relationships, especially when considering relationships with those we care about most - significant others and family members. In this session we will discuss why it is important to set healthy boundaries and how this practice can actually improve those relationships. Participants will learn how to recognize when their boundaries have been violated along with strategies to create and communicate these boundaries in order to strengthen compassion and generosity in their interactions and relationships with loved ones.
