Elise Carter has been a student of yoga for nearly two decades, and a small business owner for thirteen years. Elise partnered with Holly Ingram to open beFree Yoga in Tyler, TX. She teaches at her home studio several times per week and continues to (try her best) to use the tools of yoga to help balance both work and family life; honor both the creative and task-oriented side of business; and tame her propensity to try and control everything.
